What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy uses a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, lifestyle changes, and occasional supplementation to help correct imbalances in the body and regain health in a safe and natural way.

Where do I come in?

As a NTP, I take a foundational approach to health to help uncover the root cause of your frustrating symptoms. With a handful of resources (health history, nutritional assessment questionnaire, food journal reviews) I help you determine where your health priorities lie and how we can best support your body so that you’re able to feel well again and maintain long-lasting health. I will be there every step of the way to help you not only heal from your symptoms, but to also help you understand the foundations of health and implement habits that you can carry with you throughout the rest of your life.

It’s important to recognize that health should not be approached with a one-size-fits-all mentality. Each person has their own unique, bio-individual needs. This is why fad-diets and other cookie-cutter plans fail time after time. By using a foundational approach I uncover your specific needs and create a protocol that is for you, and only you.
